Project objective
Construction of 3 ten-storey houses and 2 six-storey premium houses with two levels of underground parking for 86 cars. Including commercial space and 241 apartments.

What has been done
Excavating a pit, installing a reinforcement cage, summer/winter concreting of reinforced concrete structures, laying gas concrete block walls and partitions, waterproofing a roof with a PVC membrane, installing internal and external utility networks, internal and external building finishes, landscaping and more. Complete turnkey construction and installation with facility commissioning.
Result
more than 12,337 m3 of concrete poured, Total built surface 21,922.5 m2
