Construction of “Atlant” Residential Complex

Project goal:

The construction of a multifunctional residential complex.

The task:

To edify the cast-in-place frame of two 13-floor buildings and a 2-floor parking lot in Almaty

What has been done:

In May 2020, EPC became the general contractor in the construction of the multifunctional residential complex “Atlant”, which consists of 20 blocks of 13 floors. During the first stage the monolithic frames of two blocks and 2-level parking lot were erected. The total volume of performed works amounted to about 8.5 thousand pieces of concrete. More than 40 builders took part in the erection of the buildings. The blocks were built in 7 months.
Distinctive features: The customer came with the problem that the company they worked with could not cope with the volume of work and risked not delivering the facility on time. The main aspects of this venture were point organization and well-coordinated team, without loss of quality and observing all safety measures. Another factor in the successful implementation was the availability of their own equipment and equipment that accelerated all processes.
The company has its own funds, so it is independent of loans from banks or customers. This makes it possible to start work immediately after the tasks set and salaries paid on time, providing comfortable working conditions.

Result:

The company gained experience in civil construction, and thanks to the EPC team, the work was completed ahead of schedule, where 3000 people were settled.
