Purpose

production of winter diesel fuel with a cloud point of -28 °C (20 °C cloud point improvement) in “winter mode” operation.

What will be done

Design, supply and installation of 28 units of large process equipment, installation of ESD, SCADA, AFS, AFA systems. The total number of people involved will be over 600 within 2.5 years.
