Construction of a dormitory for small families in the Bostandyk district of Almaty.
Project objective:
Construction of a 10-storey dormitory block with two entrances for small families
What has been done
Excavating a pit, installing a reinforcement cage, summer/winter concreting of reinforced concrete structures, laying gas concrete block walls and partitions, waterproofing a roof with a PVC membrane, installing internal and external utility networks, internal and external building finishes, landscaping and more. Complete turnkey construction and installation with facility commissioning.
